All registration must be done online and required documents MUST BE turned in on Monday, August 3, the first date of our season.. No registrations will be done at the field. Registration will remain $150 per child through August 2.

Our Return to Play information can be found on maldencyclones.net under the "Site Links" category on the home page. We will also be following the City of Malden and Commonwealth of Massachusetts' public health guidelines for return to play.

2020 Refund policy – Refunds will be given and/or roll over to the 2021 season should the 2020 season be cancelled, minus participant insurance fees. 

The following documents must be turned in:
- Copy of report card from last year including last semester grades or pass/fails, or verification of upcoming kindergarten enrollment
- Physical signed by your doctor in 2020
- Original birth certificate
