Registration forms are now available under Form - Birth Certificate is due with registration forms at time of registration.

Malden Pop Warner is also extremely pleased to introduce the Malden Cyclones Challenger Team (football and cheering).
This team will be comprised of children from ages 8 - 15, with physical or mental disabilities. Registration Fee for Challenger Team is $50.
